Keynotes and Entertainment Experiences
We design and produce keynotes from intimate media gatherings to massive entertainment arena experiences. We’ve launched industry-changing products, staged demos for ground-breaking new tech, and celebrated brands with bombastic entertainment spectacles.
We’ve designed stages with sub-floors that pop-stars emerge from and cameras can fly into. We’ve lowered one-of-a-kind sports cars from the ceiling and choreographed flying LED screens with pyrotechnics.
Regardless of the scale or tone, we approach each event holistically putting the attendee experience first.

We provided turnkey creative, production and logistics to support Microsoft’s Windows and Devices Group announcement of a Windows 10 update and launch of the Surface Studio for the creative community.
Experiences included: VIP seating with built-in Ethernet for press, integrated design elements for creative storytelling, and highly curated demos and experiences.
ZED INK designed and produced Microsoft’s #MicrosoftEDU education event in NYC which included a webcast keynote and hands-on experience geared towards not only the press, but educators and education administrators. We cultivated a welcoming, classroom-esque environment for the keynote, and curated a gallery of commissioned student artwork leading into the keynote room. We commissioned Hyesu Lee, a local artist and teacher to illustrate the event branding which was featured in every attendee touchpoint, including invitations, credentials, and venue branding. Most notably, she illustrated parts of the keynote live and worked with a small team to paint a mural while attendees watched.
Microsoft’s Worldwide Partner Conference is their largest annual partner meeting, bringing together 16,000 partners from around the globe to sync on Microsoft’s vision and roadmap, and to build connections and celebrate achievements. We served as lead creatives to design and execute the 2-day mainstage keynotes with stage design, motion graphics, presentation support, content management, crafting awards recognition moments, and concepting and executing opening entertainment to energize and set the tone for each day of keynotes.

Since 2008 we’ve partnered with Microsoft to produce START, an annual internal global sales and marketing readiness event, bringing together more than 1,300 people from over 60 countries for a content-packed, inspiring week. This event includes 8+ hours of key strategies and targets keynote presentations, product expos, networking, offsite regional dinners, celebrations, and team building.
