Since 2002 we’ve partnered with Xbox for their annual media and consumer event: E3. We have turnkeyed media briefings, immersive gaming showcases, fan and influencer events, developer signings, celebrity competitions, customized swag, launch activations, social events, and booth experiences.

Holistic branding and design
Year over year we designed the comprehensive event look and feel and attendee experience for Xbox at E3, from invite to reg site to onsite. Our theme graphics tie the whole experience together, from first touch to presentation graphics and broadcast package. We centralized all Xbox events under one roof, the Microsoft Theater, to create a central hub unifying all Xbox at E3 activity. We branded the space undeniably Xbox, from large scale takeover branding, to custom Xbox Walk of Fame pavers embedded into the Plaza ground.
Inclusion and accessibility
Our accessibility-minded gaming event integration has included adaptive gameplay stations and displays, in-room and mobile closed captioning, and custom cued haptic chair experiences for our low-vision guests. Beyond that we have trained our ASL interpreter teams to not only translate dialogue but also music and SFX, capturing the mood of every trailer and segment, to provide an uncompromised, immersive experience. Accessibility is core to our ZED mission, and we are proud to be putting our creative talents towards making gaming an inclusive space for all people.
