We have strategized and launched many products on a global scale.  Global Launch stategy is paramount. We concept and strategize on the overall plan, then activate in different cities around the world. ZED INK spearheaded Microsoft’s Zune Launch Event, in Seattle (see above), LA, Chicago, Atlanta, Miami, and New York. A simultaneous multi-city launch event day across three time zones, the experience featured flash concerts in high-traffic urban destinations, intimate demo experiences and influencer evenings anchored by top-tier music and entertainment

The Toyota “Tundra Territory Experience” was a pleasurable exercise in marrying nature with vehicular technology. The event was a unique four-part immersive brand experience that featured challenging work-truck environments. the Tundra Territory culminated in a much-anticipate first glimpse of Toyota’s newest larger-than-life truck. ZED INK designed staging to optimize the full length of this oversized truck’s work path, creating a central environment that surrounded the press and encouraged tactile exploration

ZED INK collaborated with the Microsoft Windows team to create a compelling show experience that featured Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer revealing Microsoft’s Surface – for the first time ever – to an exclusive group of invited press

Working closely with the engineers, designers and the product development group of Surface, ZED INK designed a visual experience that celebrated both the beauty of the product and the ingenuity of the tablet’s design by building a lasting series of iconic press event images that were captured and disseminated around the world within hours

Star Wars’ storied and valuable legacy cast a spell over our #celebrity and #influencer gaming soirée in Hollywood from perfectly-crafted French Yoda macaroons to Stormtrooper artifacts to Lightsaber showdowns, we built a training lair that fused The Force with Fun guests became Jedi Masters, danced for Jabba the Hut, wreaked havoc as a Rancor Monster, pod-raced and engaged in hands-on gameplay in an imaginative Star Wars universe built within a historical architectural landmark in the heart of Tinsel Town footage of this, and the other exciting global preview parties, was edited together by our agency subsequent to the event the week prior to the Kinect Star Wars product launch, our highlights video compilation was distributed via Xbox LIVE and YouTube to reach over 30 million Xbox LIVE subscribers and Star Wars fans according to our clients, as a direct result of the buzz generated by our Global Preview Party Event and Highlights Video, the sales of Kinect Star Wars soared! the following stats substantiate ROI:  • As of January 25, 2013, Kinect Star Wars sold an impressive 1.25 million units (the title launched on 4/3/2012)  • Microsoft and LucasArts' Kinect Star Wars saw some healthy sales in the UK post the celebrity preview party, over the Easter weekend, and became the first Kinect-only game to reach the top spot on the UK's video game sales chart • the highlights video our agency created to commemorate the event received over 25,000 hits on YouTube, and immeasurable viewings on various social network channels and fan pages throughout 2012

KINECT STAR WARS GLOBAL PREVIEW PARTIES AND HIGHLIGHT VIDEO:  Celebrities, press/media and fans were invited to exclusive “Kinect Star Wars” hands on gameplay and preview parties all over the world. Designed and produced by ZED INK, guests became Jedi Masters, danced for Jabba the Hut and wreaked havoc as a Rancor Monster. ZED INK then created a video from all the different parties that was subsequently uploaded to social media sites to generate buzz around the new title

We designed and produced – in conjunction with MTV – “The Next Generation Xbox Revealed,” in which the Xbox 360 and new brand were revealed and broadcast to over 120 countries hosted by Elijah Wood, the show featured live musical performances by The Killers and Snow Patrol
